Do all destinations offer group rates?
Group rates apply for all destinations regardless of the season or location. Each package will be customized to fit your groups needs.

How many golfers qualify as a group?
Eight or more golfers qualify as a group, resulting in special pricing as well as a dedicated groups’ specialist who will provide your group with all details surrounding your upcoming golf experience.

How far in advance are groups able to book tee times?
Groups are able to reserve tee times at the time of booking. With PGA TOUR Experiences you will be able to book tee times up to a year out, however, some restrictions may apply at certain destinations.

How far in advance are groups able to book hotel rooms/accommodations?
Groups are able to reserve hotel rooms/accommodations at the time of booking up to a year in advance.

How much of a deposit is due up front?
Upon securing your reservations for tee times and accommodations the standard initial deposit due upon booking is 50% with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Do you offer golf instruction for groups?
Located at many of the TPC Destinations, PGA TOUR Experiences offers first hand instruction from PGA TOUR Trained instructors at the TOUR Academy. TOUR Academy staff instruction covers all aspects from full swing to short game and can be added into any package to enhance your group experience.

Is tournament style play offered for groups?
Tournament style play and coordination, including group scoring, contest opportunities for closest to the pin, furthest putt, and longest drive are available to groups of 16 or more.
